Accountability Group- Mass/ Rhode Island

Hi BP,

I am looking to create an accountability group/Partners so we can stay on track with our goals.

I am looking to close my first deal (multi family buy and hold)-

I don't want soon to be investors to be burnt out by March saying they can't find a deal.. then give up so-

This group is for real estate investors looking for group of like minded individuals. The purpose is to network, learn, and assist each other towards our real estate goals. Also, a goal is to hold each other accountable, set measurable short term and long terms goals to ensure success.

If you have trouble staying consistent in REI, this group would provide much value to you!

I am out of Massachusetts, so I have knowledge of Worcester County, and some knowledge of Middlesex County and Norfolk County (I am not to familiar with Boston, MA)

Setting goals and targets will get you on the right track towards your goals

@Steve Bracero Would like to hear more - could even start a private Facebook group.  

Even 10 serious like minded people can do big things... 

Say if those 10 people each find $25K to invest thats a 25% down payment on a $1M apartm.... ok getting ahead of myself but count me in.
