Looking for an ala-carte transaction Coordinator

I'm looking for a person or company who offers transaction coordinator services on a fee-for-service basis.

I'm spending WAY too much time chasing signatures, coordinating inspections, scheduling smoke inspections, etc.  I need to focus on putting deals together and making money.

I also need someone intimately familiar with the closing process in Mass.  

Does anyone have  a recommendation?
