New MAR P & S Agreement

Hello everyone in BP land from Massachusetts. I am a new wholesaler investor as of Aug. of this year from Raynham, MA. I have yet to close a deal, but have analyzed many properties. I understand there have been some recent changes that have made the Massachusetts Association of Realtors contracts I have outdated and obsolete. I have no interest in trying to secure a contract with outdated forms. Is there anyone that has more recent forms willing to send them to me? I am more than willing to try and reciprocate the favor.
