Mastermind Group in DMV

I am looking to fast track my wholesaling business experience  by forming a Mastermind group, with all ranges of real estate professionals. I have been in the industry for about 60 days getting the business side of thing together but Ive been studying real estate for many years. I would like this group to be a area where we can learn, brainstorm, partnership, share advice and encourage each other to achieve our goals and then exceed them beyond our imagination. Will you mastermind with me BP family?

I'm in to help if we can get something organized.  I currently live in National Harbor area and looking to buy my first investment property in zip code 20745.  Been trying to find decent wholesalers without much luck.  I hate to say it but this DMV area is full of a lot of scummy wholesalers.
