Who is familiar with Baltimore Highlands in Balto county ?

I am looking a little outside my main area . I have come across a decent 3/1 single family in the Baltimore highlands community in Balto County . Its a word of mouth deal . I was thinking a rental . It looks like a well kept blue collar neighborhood . I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the area . ( I have stuck with Anne Arundel so far) .   Its the community where all roads are named after states
