Maryland Zoning Question
Can a single family home with zone code R-90 be turned into a duplex? This is for a property in Montgomery county. I have been trying to find out online for a while but I am having a hard time finding the answer and I figured people in here might know the answer. Thanks for your help in advance!

No zoning in the county allows for it currently. Existing ones in a few places are grandfathered in.
Accesory dwelling units are allowed but only for owner occupants.
