Contractor Recs for southern maryland/ St. Marys County

Does anyone have investor friendly contractor Recommendations for southern maryland/ St. Marys County. Specifically Lexington Park, MD. I have a rental rehab coming up end of march and coming up dry with contractor leads to get a bid. Will be doing a full rehab to include HVAC, roof, interior cosmetics. Might also need an inspector to shore up my rehab plan. Maybe someone from nearby Calvert county might be interested in bidding on the project? Thanks in advance!
