Baltimore MD Investor Friendly Title Companies

I am a wholesaler working the Baltimore City MD and the surrounding counties.  Can anyone please recommend an investor friendly title company.  I need to find a title company familiar with multiple types of closings, is used to working with investors and does great background work.

Thanks

@Tiffany Vlard  saw in another posts you already know about Anthony Onwuanibe. He does a lot of our settlements. Others to consider are Drew at Dulaney Title, Jeff Charlow at Masters title and escrow in Towson, or Cohen and Foreman. Anyone at Cohen and Foreman would be able to help but you  might want to ask for Scott Tinney.

My companies have worked with all of them.
