Just saying hi to Frederick and Hagerstown investors!

I just wanted to introduce myself to the local crowd of investors.  My wife and I are both dentists (our REAL jobs...), but I want to start getting into real estate investing on the side.  I also have my Associate Broker Real Estate license in Maryland (Frederick Real Estate Group), and have had it for many years, but have mainly used it to buy and sell my own primary residence over the years (7 times over the last 15 or so years!).  I just put in my first buy and hold real estate offer, and hope it will work out, but know full well that many offers fall through before they get to settlement.  Anyhow, hello, and I hope to get to know the local players as I learn the ropes and start to grow my portfolio!

Regards, -Jonathan G.
