Hey everyone ! My name is Sam McGovern and I'm a licensed real estate agent based out of Annapolis, MD. I have experience in new construction as a project manager and now focus on residential real estate sales as well as rehabbed/distressed/REOs. I"m looking to make contacts with investors throughout Maryland in search of an investor-friendly realtor who knows the construction/rehab process. Hope to hear from you guys soon!
