Hello,

I am new to the forum and fairly new to the world of real estate investing. I am looking for a mentor, partner, etc-- who I can help and in return for that help learn the business. Anyone who works in NOVA, DC, MD, and/or Baltimore.

My background is that I am a sales manager with a 10 person sales team working in NOVA, went to Wake Forest University, and fully committed to making real estate my full time job.

If anyone is interested, please let me know.

Thanks for any help,
Jon

Quick background on my RE experience:
I recently closed on a duplex in NOVA that will serve as my primary residence (renting out the other side).

I've been evaluating rental properties in Baltimore, college park MD, and NOVA.

I've also been investigating various wholesaling strategies.
