Looking for referrals--investor-friendly real estate agents in MD

Hi all,

I had a really good warm lead to an investor-friendly real estate agent, but following up has burned a week. I have a bad feeling about it already because I have no intention of doing constant follow up to get someone to send me deals, etc.

So - starting again, and soliciting your referrals for investor-friendly real estate agents in Maryland, ideally in Baltimore City and County.

Thank you in advance!

Check with @Russell Brazil.  I know he's in MD, but he may be closer to the DC area.  I would imagine he could at least refer you to someone who works in your area.
