Hi Everyone! It's not a waterfront property. I had it listed but they had it listed as Open Space, and it is Residential Agricultural... The previous agent advised me to perc for 2500sf and now the builders said they want it at least 3500. What options do I have? Do I really need to re-perc or is there anything else I can do or say?
