Portland House Hack Help

Can anyone provide a referral for a local resource who can help me acquire a house hack relo to Portland?   

Anywhere east of Franklin St.  Fourplex + desired.  Needs: at least one 3 bed unit, 2 parking spots

Cosmetics/minor repairs OK. 

Approved for up to 1.2m in conventional financing

Any help or guidance is appreciated.  

Also just started direct mail in Maine so please connect if you buy whole sale deals.
