Central Maine- Augusta

Hello! 

I currently own one apartment building in Augusta. I'm planning on expanding this year by purchasing one more apartment building and flipping one or two houses in the Augusta area.  I'm looking to meet other local real estate investors in central Maine over coffee to discuss the local market!

Don't know if your a part of Central Maine Apartment Owners Association but I can't recommend them enough.
