@Boris Grinberg I am not sure what you are looking for, but I have had a bad experience with a new construction (finished) with Juneau as suggested by @Kimberly Jones.  In my case, they were not knowledgeable about current comps or the existing market.  We disagreed with the appraisal, but that was pointless.  Less than 10 months later, we sold that property for 116% of their value.  Good luck.
