Welcome! I'm a new REI, just finishing my first flip, started on my second this week and should be starting in my first BRRR property (Buy, rehab, rent, refi).

I'll be looking for more flips in the near future. My 2 flips are in the HC neighborhood in the Lower 9th near the river.
