Kentucky - Abandonment and Collections Question
We have a MHP in Kentucky. The tenant left mid-lease, behind on rent and with six months remaining. Anyone have an insight if we can just send to collections (past due, damages) or if we would need to pursue a judgement in court first?
If you have a recommendation on collections companies, will definitely take those as well.
Thanks for the input.
