Walton in Northern Kentucky

Are there any investors or real estate enthusiasts familiar with Walton, KY? Walton is a little further south than where I typically look, but there seems to be an opportunity there with SFH and applying the BRRR strategy. The amount space available along side the fact that it's still relatively close to shopping and restaurants via Florence, KY and Cincinnati, OH. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Walton is definitely an area of opportunity. Many buyers look there for quality schools. The trade off are the somewhat higher taxes compared to the rest of Boone County.

Feel free to call me.
