Podcasts, specifically BP Podcast

Hi Everyone!

I do not listen to podcasts. I do have an iphone and the app is right there. I'm just not a very audio person. I don't really listen to music either. However, I would like to change that. I looked at the BP podcasts today and there are over 500 episodes! WOW. SO.... do people start from episode 1 and work to the end? Do you start with newest and go backward? Do you just randomly listen to what interests you?!?! What is the best way to break into podcasts?
