@Ross Hamilton Following to find out about trail period or refund possibility. I too am listening to the webinar and $1497 is a big investment for outdated leads.

Oh no! That is a lot to need to add in. I was working off numbers my realtor sent me. I am purchasing as a primary residence.

I will double check the fees.

The rehab is the quote from the contractor. (It’s not a distressed property snd is in pretty good shape).

Thank you for this input, I’m going to relook at everything.

I just based off their suggestions. I am really not certain I did the numbers correctly…. This is all very new to me. Thank you for your comment. I’m going to look at everything closer and dig deeper.

This is potentially my first investment property and it was my first time to use the calculator. I think I have input everything correctly. Any advice is appreciated.

@Johnny Wolff  Did you purchase the home and then move in or were you living there and then purchased? Do you own other homes with HomeRoom that you do not live in? Cheers!

@Stephen Brown Hi you mentioned that many teams and companies can help find the properties, fix them up and rent them out. Do you have any names of companies or suggestions on how to go about searching for one? Thank you

@Lara White  Whoooohooo of all the places I've lived, nothing like Spain. I can not wait to talk more :D

Future bootcamp friends, question, do any of you currently own a rental property. I own nothing right now, but I am thinking about making an offer on something. Just wondering if I should go for it now! or wait until I have done bootcamp. Maybe they will teach me something I had not thought of before?? Things don't last long so this will certainly not be available after boot camp.... anyone have any input? Thank you!

@Tim Johnson Thank you so much.... it is simple to think about the priced reasonable enough to cash flow from the start, but I honestly had not been considering that. I've been thinking from the... It will cash flow eventually mindset. I like the idea of cash flow from the beginning and I will start to evaluate with that criteria.
