Recommendations For A Performance Coach

Hello My BP Friends,

I was wondering if anyone out there has recommendations for a performance coach they have personally used in the past or is currently using? I have quickly discovered the value in having various coaches in life and looking to take on a performance coach. 

My interest was first sparked when Brandon Turner mentioned one of the things he wished he did sooner was hire a performance coach. I recently took on a nutrition coach to guide me with my health goals and I now see how these coaches can change your life. 

If any of my Connecticut people have recommendations, please reach out. And in general if anyone has recommendations please reach out.I look forward to hearing about your experiences.
