Mentorship program question

Hello all,

Complete newbie here looking to start real estate investing. I’m looking at the spring board to wealth program by Thach Nguyen. Does anyone have any insight or reviews about the program?

I'm interested in the BRRRR method and have begun reading books and listening to podcasts. Looking for a great mentorship program. I will be transitioning out of the military in 1-2 years.
