I quit my job and I’ve spent the last 4 months learning and networking with investors that have taught me way to much! I’ve been pushing to get my first wholesale deal in the last 4 months but I still can’t seem how to get it down, I wanted to wholesale to get capital to start investing in the brrrr strategy! It has gotten to the point where I’m completely out of money my rent is due in 3 days and I’m running low on confidence! I’m looking for wise ways to completely start from scratch. I don’t know what to do but I know it’s somewhere in real estate! Please help me move forward to at least earn money for my rent so that I can continue learning and growing myself in the real estate world! Anything helps, I DONT CARE if you’re rude about it and tell me to go get a job at Wendy’s I just need wise answers! Thank you!
