Best way to reinvest hard money return

I invested in a property here in Hawaii 2 1/2 years ago with a group of investors and will be getting my initial investment plus a 25% annualized cash on cash return back at the end of the month.

I want to take the entire

return and invest it into possibly 2 rental properties. Is there any strategies that would minimize taxes that would have to be paid on money I will be receiving?
