Hello everyone, I’m someone who’s new to real estate investing. I have not done so yet, but would like to purchase a property within the next year or so. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and researching, but would love to hear some suggestions on new reading material and advice before diving in. I’m very eager to learn so anything would be appreciated.
