So, I’m trying to adhere to the advice given out by the pros on the Podcasts I listen to and I’m trying to get more into that professional type mindset and I’m curious what others do? Part of that mindset is consistency and doing something in the arena of real estate daily.

So recently I did the Think Challenge that was talked about in a recent podcast and man do I love that! I’ve thought about a way to somewhat help me keep on track with things and that’s coming up with something for each day of the week. Here’s what I’ve got and I’m curious what others do to stay focused?

Monday-Multifamily Monday

Tuesday-Short Term Tuesday

Wednesday-Weed Out Wednesday

Thursday-Thirsty Thursday

Friday-Foreclosure Friday

Saturday/Sunday-Single Family Saturday/Sunday

Most of those days I’m looking to analyze properties in that area, but otherwise at least continue my education in those areas. To clarify Wednesday is a day to look at things I’d like to weed out that I don’t enjoy doing and that I could maybe hire out or have someone else do. Thursday is a day to post and read up on the BP Forums.

Thoughts? Hope everyone is well
