Coaching paid 10k but has no deal happened in months

Hi guys, I wish I could have known this amazing website before paying a mentor without knowing much. I joined a flipping coaching program in Dec for like 10k, I stared with a lot of hope and wishing as long as I work hard I will be successful with their guidance. However, I started to questions a lot as none of the offers going through.

1. They recommended to use realtors to fine market deal instead of the wholesaler as they said that there is no inspection period.

2. I think the main reason the offers are not accepted is because we use HML, and can't complete with the real cash offer. And plus is on the market for everyone to see.

3. I am surprised that we need to find gap partner ourselves through whatever fb rei group and wish someone will partner with me as a new flipper.

4. They think is ok to flip your first deal outside your backyard which I talked to few investors locally, they don’t recommend at all.

I guess there are so many questions I have and not making sense to me.

My question is, should I keep trying and wish the deal would come, or I should really ask my money back even it’s been a while already? And what if they say no, what should I do pls? Like we are paying the program by following what they said “ try increase your credit score to get the money to pay for it”

I couldn’t sleep for few nights already, it’s a lot of money and which I can use to put down to my flip or investment. Pls help.
