I'm look for a mentor to take me under there wing and show me the lending and financial side of real-estate. I am a contractor I have build and rehab many homes. I know the construction side Which I am still a student. I've bought a lot of land and I'm starting to build duplexes and triplexs. Also in search of a Cpa to handle my finances and a Lawyer to from different entities. If anybody point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
