Wholesaling while time managing.

Wholesaling whilst time managing I'm finding to be my most difficult bit to it. I work construction so my morning starts at 0400 usually, and usually I'm not home till 1900-2000. I've tried networking with others on drives. (Dont do this. Be safe.) Lunch just doesn't seem long enough. Weekends, and rain days seem to be only options. What are some recommendations to time manage? Even ideas to market might be helpful to.
