To start your RealEstate in military or with no money as civilian

So I am about to go to military and I like to peruse real estate , but my question is what is the difficulty start real estate in military or is it easier not being in. And I working to have more family time with my family in the future that’s why I’ll take this 4year sacrifice to live comfortable.

Please I need all the options and options to help me make a choice
