I have many goals this year. How should I seek mentorship?

This year I have set some goals that I know I will accomplish. However, I think it would be helpful if I had someone in my corner cheering me on. These goals are Real Estate related and personal. How should I go about seeking a mentor ? Should I seek one at all? I also just purchased the intention journal. Thanks for any comments!
