On April 12th, there was a death in my extended family that seemed to trigger a tailspin of activity... since then I have been in South Carolina, North Carolina, Chicago and Colorado. Oklahoma has been hit by three severe storms in which five of our houses sustained damage enough to need repairs. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I have been doing all the work to start a new LLC and complete an owner financed multi-property purchase. Today is my first day "off" since April 12th. I appear to be spending it on Bigger Pockets. I might be an addict.
