New live-in maintenance guy taking job seriously

He has done a great job attending to all maint etc & of clearing snow/ice/salting etc at our semi-rural MF.

Then he sends this text out to all tenants...

"Heads up medium sized tabby cat spotted outside by the barn. Might belong to one of you tenants."

Then he requested mug shots of the resident cats for future ID.

Then again he is a cat owner himself !!!
