I don't think there's any other business that requires as much patience the real estate.

Real estate will test you. It will test how bad you really want this.

On the management side things will break, tenants will lose their jobs, you're going to have disagreements with team members . How quickly will you throw in towel? 

Will you try to figure it out?

On the acquisition side, you might go months with only hearing "no". After the 1000th no will you believe the 1001st call will be a yes or no? Whatever you believe will be true because thoughts affect actions and actions leads to results or the lack of it.

This is why I am always reminding my team about mindset. 

Negative thoughts loves creeping in when you least expect it. Positive thoughts must always be maintained. So I always keep my thoughts on check by meditating and writing my goals daily.
