Drain feild Deficiencies
My agent told me in Washington state you couldn’t buy a house with drain field deficiency’s and that they would all be fixed before I purchased. I have the report showing them all but it was never fixed. It turns out you can buy a house with septic and drain field problems. nothing was fixed like I was told they would be. Not sure what to do. Do I go after the real estate company for misleading me or except there apology and bite the bullet and fork out the $15k-$30k to get it replaced? I feel like they should be held accountable.
