How long did it take you to find your first deal?

I’m currently 18 and my plan is to work my butt off so by the time i’m 20 i’ll have enough capital to invest into rental properties. But sometimes I question the reality of it. So my question is how many properties did it take for you to analyze before you found your first deal?
