Creative deal structuring
I found a multifamily deal, owner still has a mortgage and just wants out due to being elderly and location. I'd like to aquire with no money out of pocket. What are some creative ways I can approach this to possibly just take over payments? I'm assuming owner financing cannot happen without current mortgage being satisfied.
