Re-plumbing drain lines, should they go all the way to city sewer
I have a house built in 1937 and 90% of plumbing is original. I have received 3 quotes with wide range in cost ($5100-10K) to replumb water and drain lines. The highest says replacing lines all the way to sewer, others only to cleanout. What is typical for replacing drain lines?
