Any advice on land investing?
So a person is selling 1 acre of land behind my dads house and he is asking whether it would be a good investment or not? The area I would classify as a Class B area. My dad said that he might be able to keep up with his own mortgage payment and the land payment, but he isn’t sure for how long. What advice or answers could you give my dad about investing in the plot of land?
