What percent of money to put in where to be diversified?

I want to invest in Real estate rental properties with my Va Loan, while investing in the stock market monthly and my Roth IRA. The thing I'm confused about is, what percent of my income do I put in where? How do I divide up my income in a smart way so I can at least invest a little bit in the market and retirement while investing in real estate?
