Trying to Get Into Real Estate

Hi BiggerPockets community! I’m a freshly turned 17 year old looking to get into real estate during college or now if possible. I’m not rushing as I want to learn as much as I can before I fully (or part-time) invest my time into creating passive income. Any advice, tips, books or fields of real estate investment to go to? I would love to start off in wholesaling but the field is wide and kind of confusing!😓 Any replies and advice would be nice. Thanks!
