Hello, looking for an investor-focused title company in Toledo, Ohio. I will need a note and mortgage drawn up for a seller finance deal. Please only recommend if you have used them recently, Thanks. For future deals, I will want them to be completely knowledgable with Land Trusts, Subject to, seller financing, short sales and other creatively structured deals.

    I’ve used All Points Title & Closing for a note and mortgage for a seller financed deal. I’d use them again.
