Do I buy another RV or another House?
Wondering if anyone else does RV rentals?
I have two rentals:
Key largo single family home
Morgage $360,000, $4000 down
monthly $2000
Rent. $2600
Profit. $600

2020 Class A RV
Purchase price $126,000, zero down
Monthly payment/insurance $800
Average monthly income $6000
Rv management company 50%
Monthly income $3000-$800=$2200
The question is do I buy another RV or rental house???
