Not knowing anything but want to get into these type of business. What are some recommendation of books?

Im trying to learn what type of finance, step by step buying process, contracts , terminology and flipping house. I also have property that has been rented out. So knowing lot more about rules, and laws will be great. Most of time my issues are not knowing what terminology to rules and laws
