Hello. I just joined BP community after reading the Rental Property Investing book by Randal Turner. I liked the book so much I bought BRRRR by David Green and started reading. It seems like this community is a great place for a new investor to get started into learning the nuts and bolts of real estates. I am looking forward to learn and grow in this community.
