Hey amazing people hope you are doing well during this current events. I am glad to be part of this community.

I am 17 and currently saving up money for my first rental property. I still have 5 months till I turn 18 and finally do that. Right now I am reading books suggested by the podcast and also looking into some property’s in the Seattle area.

As a beginner what would you say is some key things to learn? And what are some actions that I could take right now to set my self my for success?

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks for listening to me rant .
