Tips and tricks to stay positive and motivated

What are some things you watch, read, think etc that keep you motivated and positive on a daily basis?

I feel like now more than ever keeping a strong and healthy mind is going to be key to success until things go back to normal. Which at this point is looking like it may be over a year away, who knows. The real estate market here in San Antonio, TX isn't too far off of what it was before, people just want better deals. Which is totally fair, we all do. So I'm doing my best to make that happen, but want to sharpen my mentality a little bit too. So please, share what you've been getting into lately and maybe we can have a discussion about it!
