Emailing Investors a Deal Package

Hello,

I’m new to deal sourcing and was wondering if there were any tips on how to email investors once you’ve got an email list about property opportunities. I mean what if you tell them too much and they just go get it themselves, do you sigh an agreement or something? I’m just not familiar with that process if anybody could help it would be much appreciated!!
