Real State in Bali. Renting out for 3 to 5 years

Hello,

I am looking to buy villas fro 3 to 5 years in Bali, Indonesia. I want to improve them a bit and rent them out as much as possible. I know it is profitable, but I have heard completely different deals. Returns of 25%, others that you almost double your investment, etc...

I am trying to find out real numbers about it, but so far it has been impossible. Does anyone know anything?
